ThinkBeanz® / My Learning Ladder™ Subscription Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the My Learning Ladder™ (MLL) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Platform Access and Licencing

My Learning Ladder is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription licence. You may use MLL solely for educational, assessment, and analytical purposes within the scope of your purchased plan.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

• Fees: Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly based on the selected plan.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, subscriptions will automatically renew.

5. Intellectual Property

All framework structures, learning quotients (CQ, BQ, RQ, etc.), indices (PCAI, SR-GRI), codebase, and designs are the exclusive property of ThinkBeanz®.
